The Graphic Designer engaged under this Purchase Order shall deliver all work products in a professional, print-ready, and web-optimized format. All design assets must reflect the modern aesthetic standards prevalent in the United States Los Angeles creative industry. The Graphic Designer is expected to maintain open communication with the Meridian Creative Solutions project team and attend all scheduled review meetings at the buyer's office located in United States Los Angeles. Final deliverables must be submitted no later than July 15, 2025, to allow sufficient time for internal approval and production scheduling.
5. Terms and Conditions- Payment Schedule: 40% upon execution of this Purchase Order, 40% upon delivery of 75% of all design deliverables, and 20% upon final acceptance. All payments shall be made via ACH transfer to the Graphic Designer's designated business account.
- Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all original artwork, source files, and design concepts created by the Graphic Designer under this Purchase Order shall become the sole property of Meridian Creative Solutions, LLC. The Graphic Designer retains the right to display completed work in a professional portfolio.
- Confidentiality: The Graphic Designer agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, trade secrets, and unreleased brand materials encountered during the engagement in United States Los Angeles.
