Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order for Hairdresser Supply, Australia Brisbane
- Payment Terms: Payment of the full Purchase Order amount of $11,755.90 AUD (inclusive of 10% GST as applicable in Australia Brisbane) is due within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of invoice. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's nominated account. The Hairdresser business shall include the Purchase Order number PO-BNE-HDR-2025-0472 in the payment reference.
- Delivery: All items listed in this Purchase Order are to be delivered to the Hairdresser's premises at Unit 7, 214 Creek Street, Fortitude Valley, Brisbane, Queensland 4006, Australia. Delivery of Lines 1–5, 8–10 is scheduled for 14 June 2025, and Lines 6–7 (styling chairs and washing basins) are scheduled for 21 June 2025. The supplier shall provide written confirmation of delivery at least 48 hours in advance.
- Quality & Compliance: All Hairdresser products and equipment supplied under this Purchase Order must comply with Australian Consumer Law, the Australian Standards for electrical appliances (AS/NZS 3820), and any relevant Queensland health and safety regulations applicable to hairdressing salons in Australia Brisbane. All electrical items must carry the RCM (Regulatory Compliance Mark) for sale in Australia.
- Warranty: The supplier warrants that all items supplied under this Purchase Order are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Professional Hairdresser equipment (dryers, flat irons, chairs, basins) carries a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. Consumable products (colours, treatments, sprays, towels) are warranted to be unopened and within their stated shelf life at the time of delivery.
- Acceptance & Inspection: The Hairdresser business shall inspect all goods upon delivery at the Brisbane premises. Any damaged, incorrect, or missing items must be reported to the supplier within five (5) business days of delivery. The supplier shall replace or refund defective items at no additional cost to the Hairdresser.
- Cancellation & Amendments: This Purchase Order may be amended or cancelled in writing by either party prior to the supplier dispatching the goods. Any cancellation after dispatch shall be subject to the supplier's standard restocking and return policy as outlined in the supplier's terms of trade.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order relating to the Hairdresser supply in Australia Brisbane shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to treat the pricing and commercial terms contained in this Purchase Order as confidential. The Hairdresser business in Australia Brisbane and the supplier shall not disclose the terms of this Purchase Order to any third party without prior written consent.
