Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order for Hairdresser Supplies, Australia Melbourne
- This Purchase Order is issued by Melbourne Crown Hair Studio, a registered Hairdresser business operating in Australia Melbourne, Victoria, and constitutes a binding offer to purchase the goods listed herein from Australis Professional Hair Products Pty Ltd.
- All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) at the current Australian rate of 10%, as mandated by the Australian Taxation Office for all commercial transactions conducted within Australia Melbourne.
- The supplier acknowledges that all items listed are professional-grade Hairdresser equipment and consumables intended for use in a commercial salon environment in Australia Melbourne. All products must comply with Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and relevant Australian Standards (AS/NZS) for electrical safety and chemical handling.
- Delivery of all goods shall be made to the Hairdresser premises located at 214 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia. The supplier is responsible for all freight, insurance, and handling charges up to the point of delivery at the Melbourne address specified above.
