Terms and Conditions
- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from date of invoice. Payment to be made via bank transfer to the supplier's nominated account in Australia Sydney. Late payments will incur interest at 2% per month as per Australian commercial practice.
- Delivery Terms: All goods are to be delivered to the Hairdresser premises at 142 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000, Australia Sydney, no later than 26 June 2025. Delivery is to be made between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM AEST on business days.
- Quality Assurance: All items listed in this Purchase Order must be new, unused, and in their original manufacturer packaging. The Hairdresser reserves the right to reject any items that are damaged, defective, or not in accordance with the specifications stated herein.
- Warranty: All professional equipment (hairdryers, flat irons, scissors) must carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty valid in Australia. Consumable products must have a minimum 12-month shelf life from the date of delivery.
- Compliance: All hair care products and colourants supplied must comply with the Australian Consumer Law and be registered with the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) where applicable. The supplier warrants that all products are safe for use by a licensed Hairdresser in Australia Sydney.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action in the courts of Australia Sydney.
- Order Modifications: Any changes to this Purchase Order must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. Verbal modifications are not binding. The Hairdresser may cancel or reduce quantities up to 7 days prior to the required delivery date without penalty.
