Terms & Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Salon Lumière Brussels S.A., a registered Hairdresser establishment operating in Belgium Brussels, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of the items listed above.
- The supplier, ProCoiffure Distribution NV, acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfil all line items in accordance with the specifications, quantities, and delivery deadline stated herein.
- All Hairdresser equipment and professional cosmetic products delivered under this Purchase Order must comply with applicable European Union directives, Belgian Federal Public Health regulations, and the specific licensing requirements for Hairdresser establishments in the municipality of Brussels, Belgium.
- Delivery shall be made to the address specified above in Belgium Brussels. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs, insurance, and risk of loss until the goods are received and signed for by the purchasing Hairdresser entity.
- Payment of the total amount of €15,015.62 shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the valid invoice, in accordance with Belgian commercial law (Code de droit économique).
- The supplier warrants that all Hairdresser tools, equipment, and cosmetic products are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months applies to all electrical equipment and furniture items.
- In the event of non-conforming goods, the purchasing Hairdresser entity in Belgium Brussels reserves the right to reject the delivery and request immediate replacement or a full refund of the affected line items within fourteen (14) days of discovery.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Brussels, Belgium.
- Neither party may assign or transfer its obligations under this Purchase Order without the prior written consent of the other party.
- All personal data processed in connection with this Purchase Order shall be handled in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Belgian Data Protection Act of 30 July 2018.
