Terms and Conditions
- Delivery Location: All items under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the hairdresser salon premises located at Av. Atlântica, 1520, Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil. Delivery must be completed within 15 business days from the date of this Purchase Order.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the supplier's account in Brazil within 30 days of the invoice date. The total amount of R$ 54.281,60 is due in a single installment. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1% per month plus interest at the Selic rate as established by Brazilian law.
- Quality Assurance: All hairdresser equipment and professional products must meet the standards set by ANVISA (Brazilian Health Regulatory Agency) and carry the required INMETRO certification. The buyer reserves the right to inspect all items upon delivery at the Rio de Janeiro location and reject any goods that do not conform to the specifications stated in this Purchase Order.
- Warranty: All electrical hairdresser equipment (hairdryers, flat irons) shall carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Furniture items (styling chairs, wash basins) shall carry a 24-month structural warranty. Warranty claims must be directed to the supplier in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- Return Policy: Defective or non-conforming items may be returned within 10 business days of delivery. The supplier shall arrange pickup from the hairdresser salon in Rio de Janeiro at no additional cost to the buyer. Replacement or refund shall be processed within 15 business days of the return.
- Tax Compliance: The supplier is responsible for issuing a valid Nota Fiscal Eletrônica (NF-e) in accordance with Brazilian tax regulations for the state of Rio de Janeiro. All applicable taxes, including ICMS, are included in the pricing stated above.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government mandates, or transportation disruptions affecting the Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved in the courts of the city of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil.
