- This Purchase Order is issued by Salon Lumière du Fleuve, a registered hairdresser and beauty services establishment operating in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. All transactions are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable to commercial transactions.
- The vendor, ProSalon Distribution Canada Inc., acknowledges that all goods listed herein are intended for professional use in a licensed hairdresser salon located in the city of Montreal, Canada. The vendor warrants that all products meet the safety and quality standards established by Health Canada and the Quebec Bureau de normalisation du bâtiment et du construction.
- Delivery of all items shall be made to the hairdresser salon address listed above in Montreal, Canada, no later than the Required Delivery Date. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the purchasing hairdresser establishment to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty and to seek alternative suppliers within the Montreal metropolitan area.
- Payment shall be remitted within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of the vendor's invoice, by electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the account designated by ProSalon Distribution Canada Inc. All amounts are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable Quebec QST and federal GST as calculated above.
- All goods are subject to inspection upon arrival at the hairdresser facility in Montreal, Canada. Any damaged, defective, or non-conforming items must be reported to the vendor within seven (7) business days of delivery. The vendor shall replace or credit such items at no additional cost to the purchasing hairdresser establishment.
- The vendor shall provide a Certificate of Compliance for all chemical products (including hair colourants, permanent solutions, and thermal protectants) confirming adherence to Canadian Cosmetic Regulations (Health Canada) and Quebec-specific environmental disposal guidelines for salon waste in Montreal.
