Terms, Conditions & Notes for this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Cascade Hair Studio & Hairdresser Services Ltd., a registered business operating in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. All transactions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Canada.
- All Hairdresser professional products listed in this Purchase Order must be shipped in original, unopened packaging. Any damaged or expired items will be rejected upon delivery at our Vancouver, Canada facility and must be replaced at the vendor's expense within five (5) business days.
- Delivery must be made to the specified Vancouver address between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM Pacific Time on or before the required delivery date. The vendor is responsible for all transit insurance and liability for goods in transit within Canada.
- Payment will be remitted via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the vendor's Canadian bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of the invoice date, provided all items conform to this Purchase Order specification.
- All Hairdresser chemical products (including colour kits, keratin solutions, and conditioning treatments) must carry valid Health Canada Natural Health Product (NHP) numbers or Cosmetic Notification numbers as required under Canadian regulations. The vendor shall provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS) in both English and French for all chemical products upon delivery.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) business days of the issue date. Any modifications to quantities, pricing, or delivery schedules must be confirmed in writing by both parties before the order is processed.
- The vendor acknowledges that Cascade Hair Studio operates as a licensed Hairdresser establishment in the City of Vancouver and is subject to the Vancouver Bylaw 5310 (Business Licensing) and all applicable British Columbia Occupational Health and Safety regulations. All supplied equipment must meet CSA (Canadian Standards Association) certification requirements.
- By accepting this Purchase Order, the vendor agrees to the above terms and confirms that all goods are new, unused, and in full compliance with Canadian consumer protection and product safety legislation.
