Payment Terms & Conditions
- Payment Method: Bank transfer (Transferencia Bancaria) to the supplier's account at Banco de Chile, Cta. Corriente N° 12345678-9, RUT 78.123.456-7.
- Payment Due Date: Net 30 days from the date of this Purchase Order (due by July 12, 2025).
- Currency: All amounts are expressed in Chilean Pesos (CLP). No foreign currency conversion applies as this is a domestic transaction within Santiago, Chile.
- Invoice Requirement: The supplier must issue a formal Factura or Boleta in accordance with the Chilean SII (Servicio de Impuestos Internos) regulations. The document must reference this Purchase Order number PO-2025-0847.
- Warranty: All electrical equipment (hairdryers, flat irons, curling irons) carries a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty valid in Chile. Professional scissors and shears carry a 6-month workmanship warranty.
