Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- Scope: This Purchase Order is issued by Guangzhou Silk Road Hairdresser Studio Co., Ltd. for the procurement of professional hairdressing equipment, tools, and consumable supplies. All goods listed herein are intended for use exclusively in our Hairdresser salon operations within the city of China Guangzhou.
- Quality Standards: All items must conform to the applicable national standards of the People's Republic of China. Electrical appliances must carry the CCC (China Compulsory Certification) mark. Chemical products (hair color, treatments) must include MSDS documentation and comply with Guangzhou Municipal Health Bureau regulations for salon use.
- Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all goods to our Hairdresser studio premises at No. 1288, Tianhe Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. Delivery must be completed no later than 05 July 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, loading, and unloading costs within the city of Guangzhou.
- Payment: Payment of the full Purchase Order amount of CNY 238,094.20 shall be made via bank transfer within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and acceptance of all goods. Bank details: ICBC Guangzhou Tianhe Branch, Account No. 2008 8876 5432 1001, Beneficiary: Guangzhou Silk Road Hairdresser Studio Co., Ltd.
- Inspection & Acceptance: Upon delivery, our procurement team will inspect all items against the specifications listed in this Purchase Order. Any defective, damaged, or non-conforming goods must be reported within five (5) business days. The supplier shall replace or refund non-conforming items at no additional cost to the Hairdresser studio.
- Warranty: All electrical equipment carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty. Salon furniture carries a 36-month structural warranty. Warranty claims shall be processed by the supplier within fourteen (14) days of notification.
- Intellectual Property & Branding: The supplier shall not affix any third-party branding to items unless specified. Custom engraving of our Hairdresser studio logo on aprons and scissors handles is requested at no extra charge.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through the Guangzhou International Arbitration Commission (CIETAC Guangzhou Sub-Commission).
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting the Guangzhou metropolitan area.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) business days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this document null and void.
