- Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the hairdresser premises located in Smouha District, Alexandria, Egypt, no later than 29 June 2025. Delivery must be completed between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM local time to avoid disruption to the hairdresser's daily client appointments.
- Quality Assurance: All professional hairdresser equipment and salon products must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. Any item found defective upon inspection at the Alexandria hairdresser location shall be replaced within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the buyer.
- Payment: Payment of the full amount of 232,434.80 EGP (Two Hundred Thirty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Four Egyptian Pounds and Eighty Cents) shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the commercial invoice, in accordance with Egyptian commercial law.
- Warranty: All electrical hairdresser equipment (hairdryers, flat irons, steam machines, LED mirrors) shall carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of twelve (12) months, valid for service within Alexandria, Egypt. The supplier shall provide a written warranty card for each applicable item.
- Installation: The supplier is responsible for the professional installation and calibration of the steam hair treatment machines and hydraulic salon chairs at the hairdresser location in Alexandria. Installation must be completed and tested in the presence of the hairdresser's operations manager.
- Cancellation & Modification: This Purchase Order may be modified or cancelled in writing by either party. Cancellation by the buyer after the supplier has confirmed the order and initiated procurement shall incur a 10% penalty on the total order value, as per standard commercial practice in Egypt.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to the hairdresser supply agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt.
- Compliance: The supplier warrants that all products comply with Egyptian health and safety standards, particularly those regulated by the Egyptian Ministry of Health for cosmetic and hair care products used in licensed hairdresser establishments in Alexandria.
