Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- Delivery Location: All goods under this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the hairdresser premises located at 12 Tahrir Square, Downtown District, Egypt Cairo. The supplier is responsible for safe transport within the Cairo metropolitan area.
- Delivery Timeline: Complete delivery of all items listed in this Purchase Order must be completed within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of acceptance. Partial deliveries are not permitted without prior written consent from the hairdresser buyer.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within ten (10) business days of receipt and inspection of all goods. A 5% discount applies if payment is settled within five (5) business days. Currency: Egyptian Pound (EGP).
- Quality Assurance: All hairdressing equipment and products must meet the standards set by the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality (EOS). The hairdresser buyer reserves the right to reject any item that does not conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- Warranty: All electrical hairdressing equipment (flat irons, dryers, steam machines) carries a minimum twelve (12) month manufacturer's warranty valid in Egypt Cairo. Consumable products must have a minimum expiry date of eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery.
- Installation: The supplier shall provide professional installation of the steam hair treatment machine and backwash basins at the hairdresser's Cairo location at no additional cost beyond the delivery fee stated above.
- Compliance: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts in Cairo, Egypt.
- Validity: This Purchase Order remains valid for thirty (30) days from the issue date. If not accepted by the supplier within this period, the hairdresser buyer reserves the right to cancel or modify the order without penalty.
- Modifications: Any changes to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the hairdresser buyer and the supplier. Verbal modifications are not binding.
