- Scope of Order: This Purchase Order is issued specifically for the hairdresser establishment identified above, operating in France Paris. All products and equipment listed are to be used exclusively within the professional hairdressing services provided by the salon to its clientele in the Paris region.
- Quality Standards: All hairdresser products and equipment must comply with the European Union Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009 and French national standards for professional hairdressing products. The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and of professional grade suitable for a hairdresser salon in France Paris.
- Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all items to the hairdresser's premises at 12 Rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France, no later than the required delivery date. Delivery within the Paris intra-muros zone is included in the quoted price. Any delivery delays exceeding 48 hours beyond the specified date shall entitle the hairdresser buyer to a 2% discount per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
