- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes arising from this Purchase Order relating to the Hairdresser business operations in Munich, Germany, shall be the local court of Munich (Landgericht München I).
- Delivery: All goods specified in this Purchase Order are to be delivered to the Hairdresser studio premises at Maximilianstraße 42, 80539 Munich, Germany, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery shall be made between 08:00 and 16:00 CET on a business day. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs within Munich, Germany, as indicated in the delivery charge above.
