Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Adinkra Cuts & Styles Hairdresser, a duly registered hairdressing and beauty services establishment located in the Osu district of Accra, Ghana, and is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order are intended exclusively for professional hairdresser use within the buyer's salon premises in Accra, Ghana. The supplier warrants that all equipment and consumables meet the standards set by the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) for beauty and personal care products.
- Delivery of all goods shall be made to the hairdresser's premises at 42 Oxford Street, Osu, Accra, Ghana, no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days shall entitle the hairdresser to a 5% discount on the total Purchase Order value.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a valid tax invoice from West African Beauty Supply Co. Ltd. Payment shall be processed in Ghanaian Cedis (GH₵) through the buyer's corporate account at Ecobank Ghana, Accra branch.
- All equipment items (hairdresser stations, dryers, flat irons, curling irons, mirrors, and sink units) carry a minimum twelve (12) month manufacturer's warranty. Consumable items (shampoo, colour kits, relaxers, capes, towels, and clips) are non-returnable once opened or used in the hairdresser's client services.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed packing list and bill of lading with each delivery to the hairdresser's location in Accra. Any discrepancies in quantity or condition must be reported to the supplier within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) business days from the date of issue. The supplier's written acceptance, referencing PO-GHA-ACC-2025-04782, shall constitute a binding contract between the hairdresser (buyer) and the supplier.
- All products must comply with the Ghana Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) regulations for cosmetic and personal care items sold and used in hairdresser establishments across Accra and the wider Greater Accra Region.
- Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Accra, Ghana, in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798) of Ghana.
