Terms & Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Salon de Luxe Hair Studio Pvt. Ltd., Bangalore, for the procurement of professional hairdresser equipment, tools, and consumables to be delivered to our Indiranagar, Bangalore premises.
- All items listed above must comply with BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certifications and applicable Indian safety regulations for electrical hairdressing appliances.
- The supplier, ProGroom India Hairdressing Supplies Co., Bangalore, shall ensure that all hairdresser-grade scissors, shears, and cutting instruments are made from certified Japanese or German steel and carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty.
- Delivery shall be made to the specified address in Bangalore, Karnataka, India, on or before 25 June 2025. Late delivery beyond 5 working days shall attract a penalty of 1% of the total order value per day.
- Payment shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the supplier's designated bank account in Bangalore within 30 days of receipt of a valid GST-compliant tax invoice. The supplier must provide a proper GST invoice with HSN/SAC codes for all hairdresser supplies.
- All electrical hairdresser equipment (hairdryers, flat irons, steam machines) must carry ISI mark and a valid BIS license number. The supplier shall provide test certificates upon request.
- The buyer reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods within 7 working days of receipt at the Bangalore warehouse. Any defective or non-conforming hairdresser items must be replaced within 10 working days at the supplier's cost.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
- The supplier shall maintain confidentiality regarding the buyer's business operations, client data, and proprietary hairdresser service protocols in Bangalore.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government lockdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting Bangalore, shall be communicated in writing within 48 hours and may extend delivery timelines by mutual agreement.
