- This Purchase Order is issued by Shear & Shine Hair Studio, a registered Hairdresser and salon establishment operating in India Mumbai, and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Hairdresser's premises at Linking Road, Bandra West, Mumbai, Maharashtra — 400050, India, no later than 29 June 2025.
- The supplier warrants that all Hairdresser equipment and professional supplies listed herein shall be new, unused, and in conformity with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) where applicable.
- Payment of INR 2,65,519.00 (Rupees Two Lakh Sixty-Five Thousand Five Hundred and Nineteen Only) shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the supplier's designated bank account within 30 days of the date of this Purchase Order, subject to satisfactory delivery and inspection of goods.
- In the event of delayed delivery beyond the stipulated deadline in India Mumbai, the supplier shall be liable for a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- The Hairdresser (buyer) reserves the right to inspect all delivered items within 7 working days of receipt. Any defective or non-conforming Hairdresser tools or supplies must be reported in writing, and the supplier shall replace or refund the affected items within 14 days.
- All professional Hairdresser equipment carries a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. The supplier shall facilitate warranty claims on behalf of the Hairdresser buyer during the warranty period.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed packing list along with the delivery consignment. All items must be properly packaged to withstand transit within the India Mumbai metropolitan area.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Hairdresser buyer and the supplier. Verbal modifications shall not be valid.
