- This Purchase Order is issued by StyloCuts Hairdresser & Salon, a registered hairdressing establishment located in India New Delhi, and is valid for acceptance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue.
- All goods listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Hairdresser premises at 142, Connaught Place, New Delhi, India – 110001, between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM on or before 30 June 2025.
- The supplier shall ensure that all professional hairdressing equipment and consumables conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and comply with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) applicable to India New Delhi commercial establishments.
- Payment shall be made via NEFT/RTGS to the supplier's designated bank account within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice, subject to satisfactory inspection and acceptance of all items by the Hairdresser management.
- A warranty period of minimum twelve (12) months shall apply to all electrical and mechanical items (hairdryers, flat irons, steamers, styling chairs, and LED mirrors) as per the terms stated in this Purchase Order.
- In the event of any discrepancy, damage, or non-conformity in the delivered goods, the Hairdresser reserves the right to reject the affected items and request replacement or refund within fourteen (14) days of delivery in India New Delhi.
- All pricing in this Purchase Order is inclusive of applicable taxes as per the Goods and Services Tax (GST) regulations of India. Any change in tax rates between the date of this Purchase Order and the date of delivery shall be adjusted accordingly.
- The supplier acknowledges that the goods are intended for use in a professional Hairdresser salon operating in India New Delhi and shall provide all necessary user manuals, safety certifications, and after-sales support.
- This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
- No modification or amendment to this Purchase Order shall be valid unless made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both the Hairdresser (buyer) and the supplier.
