- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. The supplier, Pars Beauty Equipment Co., Ltd., must confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days to proceed with the hairdresser equipment procurement.
- Payment Schedule: A 50% advance payment (225,901,500 IRR) shall be transferred via bank wire to the supplier's registered account at Bank Melli, Tehran branch, within three (3) business days of mutual acceptance. The remaining 50% balance shall be settled within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery and installation at the hairdresser studio premises in Tehran.
- Delivery and Installation: All items listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the hairdresser studio address in Tehran, Iran, no later than the stated delivery deadline. The supplier is responsible for safe transport, proper installation of hydraulic chairs and backwash stations, and calibration of all electrical hairdressing equipment to meet Iranian electrical standards (220V/50Hz).
- Quality Assurance: All professional hairdresser tools and equipment must be new, unused, and accompanied by valid manufacturer warranties. Imported items (hairdryers, flat irons, scissors, color kits) must include original packaging, authenticity certificates, and compliance documentation approved by the Iran Food and Drug Administration (IFDA) where applicable.
- Warranty: The supplier guarantees a minimum twelve (12) month warranty on all electrical hairdressing equipment and twenty-four (24) months on hydraulic chairs and backwash stations. Warranty service must be available within Tehran city limits with a maximum response time of forty-eight (48) hours.
- Compliance with Iranian Regulations: This Purchase Order and all transactions herein shall comply with the Commercial Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Consumer Protection Law, and all applicable tax regulations enforced by the Iranian National Tax Administration.
