- Payment Terms: Net 30 days from the date of this Purchase Order. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to ProStyle Israel Ltd., Bank Leumi, Branch 010, Account 001-445-882-19. The Hairdresser buyer shall include the Purchase Order number in the payment reference.
- Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all items listed in this Purchase Order to the Hairdresser premises located in Israel Jerusalem, 42 King George Street, within 10 business days of the order confirmation date. Delivery shall be scheduled between 09:00 and 14:00 to accommodate the Hairdresser's operating hours.
- Acceptance & Inspection: Upon arrival in Israel Jerusalem, the Hairdresser buyer shall inspect all goods within 48 hours. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported in writing to the supplier within that period. Unreported issues shall be deemed accepted.
- Warranty: All professional equipment (hairdryers, flat irons, chairs, mirrors, wash basins, and UV sterilizer) carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer's warranty. Consumables (shampoo, color kits, sprays, capes, clips) are non-returnable once opened.
- Compliance: All products must comply with the Standards of Israel (SII) regulations and the Ministry of Health guidelines for professional Hairdresser use. The supplier warrants that all chemical products are registered with the Israeli Ministry of Health.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to national holidays in Israel, security-related disruptions in the Jerusalem area, or government-mandated closures.
- Governing Law: This Purchase Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Israel Jerusalem.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. If the supplier has not confirmed acceptance within 5 business days, the Hairdresser buyer reserves the right to source the items from an alternative vendor.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of pricing, business terms, and client information related to this Hairdresser Purchase Order arrangement.
