Terms & Conditions of this Purchase Order

1. This Purchase Order is issued by Salone di Bellezza "Capelli d'Oro," a registered Hairdresser establishment operating in Italy Rome, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of all items listed above.
2. All products must be new, unopened, and in full compliance with European Union cosmetic and safety regulations (EC No 1223/2009). The supplier warrants that all Hairdresser-grade products carry valid CE marking and Italian-language labelling as required by law.
3. Delivery shall be made to the Hairdresser premises at Via dei Condotti 42, Rome, Italy, no later than 28 June 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transport costs within the city of Rome and must coordinate delivery with the undersigned Hairdresser manager between 08:00 and 14:00 CET.
4. Payment shall be made via bank transfer (bonifico bancario) to the supplier's designated Italian bank account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of this Purchase Order, provided that all goods have been received and inspected without defect.
5. The supplier shall provide a commercial invoice (fattura elettronica) in accordance with Italian tax regulations, referencing this Purchase Order number PO-ROME-2025-0047. The invoice must include the supplier's VAT number and the buyer's VAT number for the Hairdresser entity in Italy Rome.
6. In the event of damaged, incorrect, or incomplete delivery, the Hairdresser buyer reserves the right to reject the affected items and request replacement or credit within five (5) business days of the delivery date. The supplier shall bear all costs associated with the return and reshipment of non-conforming goods.
7. All Hairdresser equipment (items 3, 4, and 7) must carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of two (2) years. The supplier shall provide warranty documentation in Italian alongside each unit.
8. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved by the competent courts of Rome, Italy. The parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
9. The supplier acknowledges that the buyer is a professional Hairdresser salon serving the public in the heart of Italy Rome and that timely and accurate fulfilment of this Purchase Order is essential to the continuity of our client services. Delays exceeding five (5) business days beyond the stated delivery date shall entitle the buyer to a 5% discount on the affected line items.
