2. Delivery Location: All goods specified in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the hairdresser premises located at Boulevard de Vridi, Cocody, Abidjan, Ivory Coast. The supplier is responsible for arranging transportation within the Abidjan metropolitan area and ensuring safe handling of all hairdressing equipment and cosmetic products.
3. Delivery Timeline: The supplier shall deliver all items no later than 05 July 2025. Partial deliveries are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by the purchasing hairdresser establishment. Delays exceeding five (5) business days shall entitle the buyer to a 2% discount per week of delay on the affected line items.
4.
