Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order

This Purchase Order is issued by Kyoto Kaminari Hairdresser Studio, a registered hairdresser and beauty salon business operating in Higashiyama-ku, Kyoto, Japan, and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier.
All hairdresser equipment and professional products listed herein must meet Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) for electrical safety and cosmetic product regulations as enforced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare of Japan.
Delivery of all items under this Purchase Order shall be made to the hairdresser studio address in Kyoto specified above. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and risk of loss until the goods are received and inspected at the Kyoto hairdresser premises.
The hairdresser studio reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods within five (5) business days of receipt. Any items found to be defective, damaged, or not conforming to the specifications in this Purchase Order must be replaced or refunded at the supplier's expense within ten (10) business days.
Payment of the total amount of 1,961,540 JPY shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, in accordance with the Net 30 payment terms stated in this Purchase Order.
The supplier warrants that all hairdresser tools, styling equipment, and professional hair products are new, unused, and free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery to the Kyoto hairdresser studio.
Any modifications, cancellations, or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the representative of the Kyoto hairdresser studio and the authorized agent of the supplier. Verbal agreements are not binding.
This Purchase Order shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to the hairdresser supply transaction in Kyoto shall be resolved through the Kyoto District Court.
The supplier acknowledges that the hairdresser studio in Kyoto operates as a cultural and tourism-oriented business serving both local Kyoto residents and international visitors, and all branded materials or packaging delivered must be appropriate for a professional salon environment in the historic Gion district of Kyoto.
