Terms & Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Kansai Hairdresser Collective Co., Ltd. for the procurement of professional hairdresser equipment, tools, and consumables to be delivered to our primary salon location in Japan Osaka. All items listed above are required to support the daily operations of our licensed hairdresser team.
- The vendor shall deliver all goods no later than July 4, 2025 to the specified delivery address in Japan Osaka. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days shall incur a penalty of 1.5% of the total order value per day of delay.
- All hairdresser equipment and tools must comply with Japanese Consumer Product Safety Act (PSC) standards and carry the appropriate PSC mark. Professional hair color and chemical products must hold valid Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) approval for use in licensed hairdresser salons in Japan.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days of the vendor's invoice date via bank transfer in Japanese Yen (JPY) to the account specified above. The invoice must reference Purchase Order number PO-OSA-2025-04187.
- The vendor warrants that all hairdresser chairs, equipment, and tools are new, free from defects, and accompanied by a minimum two-year manufacturer warranty. Consumable products must have a shelf life of no less than eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery.
- Any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or specification upon receipt at the Japan Osaka salon shall be reported to the vendor within three (3) business days. The vendor shall replace or credit defective items at no additional cost to the buyer.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Osaka District Court in Japan Osaka.
- The vendor acknowledges that the purchased items are intended exclusively for use by certified hairdresser professionals operating within a licensed salon in Japan Osaka and shall not be resold or redistributed without written consent from the buyer.
- This Purchase Order becomes effective upon signature by both parties and remains valid until all items have been delivered, inspected, and accepted by the buyer's receiving representative in Japan Osaka.
