Note: All items listed in this Purchase Order are intended for the professional Hairdresser salon operations of Sakura Style Hairdresser Co., Ltd. located in the Shibuya district of Japan Tokyo. The supplier shall ensure that all equipment meets the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS) and complies with the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare regulations applicable to hairdresser establishments in the Tokyo metropolitan area. Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 days from the date of invoice issuance via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Japan Tokyo. The total amount of this Purchase Order is 4,173,700 JPY (Four Million One Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Yen).
Delivery: The supplier shall deliver all goods to the Hairdresser premises at 4-2-18 Shibuya, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, Japan, no later than July 15, 2025. Delivery shall include full installation of all furniture and equipment items. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs within the Japan Tokyo metropolitan area.
Quality Assurance: All Hairdresser tools, equipment, and consumables must be new, unused, and in original packaging. The supplier warrants that all items conform to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order and meet applicable Japanese safety and quality standards for professional hairdresser use.
Warranty: All electrical equipment (hair dryers, flat irons, clippers, UV sterilizers) carries a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Furniture items carry a 3-year structural warranty. The supplier shall replace any defective items within 14 business days of notification.
Acceptance: The Buyer shall inspect all delivered items within 7 business days of receipt. Any discrepancies, damages, or non-conformities must be reported in writing to the supplier. Failure to report within this period shall constitute acceptance of the goods.
Cancellation: This Purchase Order may be cancelled by the Buyer up to 14 days prior to the delivery deadline with a 5% cancellation fee on the total order value. After this period, cancellation is subject to mutual written agreement.
