4. Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order

Delivery Location: All items listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Almaty Prestige Hairdresser Studio premises located at 42 Abai Avenue, Almaty, Kazakhstan. The supplier is responsible for all logistics, unloading, and installation of equipment within the Kazakhstan Almaty city limits.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's account in tenge (KZT) in accordance with Kazakhstan banking regulations. A 5% early-payment discount applies if settled within 7 days.
Warranty: All hairdresser equipment and machinery covered by this Purchase Order carries a minimum 24-month manufacturer warranty. Consumable items (chemicals, disposables) are warranted for 12 months from the date of delivery. The supplier shall replace any defective hairdresser tools or equipment at no additional cost to the buyer.
Quality Standards: All products must comply with the Republic of Kazakhstan national standards (GOST KZ) and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) technical regulations. The supplier must provide certificates of conformity for all imported hairdresser equipment and chemical products.
