Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Wanjiku's Elite Hairdresser & Beauty Lounge, a registered hairdresser and beauty services business operating in Nairobi, Kenya, and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier.
- All goods listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the Hairdresser premises at Westlands Mall, Nairobi, Kenya, no later than 29 June 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the Hairdresser to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods at the Hairdresser location in Nairobi, Kenya. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Kenyan Shillings (KES).
- All products must meet the standards required for professional Hairdresser use in Kenya and comply with the Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS) regulations for cosmetic and personal care products sold in Nairobi.
- The supplier warrants that all items are new, unused, and free from defects. Any defective goods discovered within fourteen (14) days of delivery at the Hairdresser facility shall be replaced at the supplier's cost.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya, in accordance with the Arbitration Act, Cap 15, Laws of Kenya.
- The Hairdresser reserves the right to inspect all goods upon arrival at the Nairobi delivery point. Partial acceptance does not constitute full acceptance of the entire Purchase Order.
- All prices are quoted in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are inclusive of applicable taxes as determined by the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA). The supplier shall provide a valid Tax Invoice with KRA PIN upon delivery.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this document null and void.
- Any amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both the Hairdresser representative and the authorized supplier representative to be considered valid.
