Terms & Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by Kathmandu Crown Hairdresser Studio, a registered hairdresser and beauty salon operating in Nepal Kathmandu, and constitutes a binding procurement agreement upon acceptance by the supplier.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order are intended for professional Hairdresser use within the salon premises located in Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. The supplier warrants that all equipment and products meet the standards required for commercial hairdressing operations in Nepal.
- Delivery of all goods shall be completed no later than 30 June 2025 at the Hairdresser studio address specified above. Late delivery beyond the stipulated date shall incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Payment shall be made within 30 days of the date of invoice receipt, via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Nepal. The Hairdresser studio reserves the right to withhold payment for any items found defective or non-conforming to the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- All equipment carries a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty. The supplier shall coordinate warranty claims and replacements on behalf of the Hairdresser buyer. Consumable products must have a minimum shelf life of 18 months at the time of delivery.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of Nepal, specifically the Contract Act, 2056 (1999) and applicable consumer protection regulations in Kathmandu, Nepal. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Kathmandu, Nepal.
- The supplier acknowledges that the goods are being procured for a licensed Hairdresser business registered with the Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) and the Department of Commerce, Industry and Supplies (DCIS), Nepal. All applicable import duties and local taxes have been accounted for in the pricing.
- Any modifications, cancellations, or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding this Purchase Order shall not be enforceable.
- The Hairdresser buyer reserves the right to inspect all delivered goods within 7 business days of receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported in writing to the supplier's Kathmandu office within this inspection window.
