All goods listed in this Purchase Order shall be delivered to the Hairdresser studio premises located at Keizersgracht 487, 1017 EK Amsterdam, Netherlands. The supplier is responsible for arranging freight within the Netherlands and ensuring that all items arrive in the city of Amsterdam by the required delivery date of 28 June 2025. The Hairdresser studio will designate a receiving contact person, Ms. Annelies van der Berg, who will be present during business hours (09:00–18:00 CET) to inspect and sign for the delivery. Any damage or discrepancy must be noted on the delivery note at the time of receipt in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
Payment for this Purchase Order shall be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the supplier's account within 30 days from the date of invoice. The Hairdresser studio in Amsterdam, Netherlands, shall remit the full amount of € 11,794.95 to HaarPro Europe B.V., IBAN: NL91 RABO 0300 0652 64, BIC: RABONL2A. Late payments shall incur interest at the statutory rate as defined under Dutch commercial law (Wet van 23 juni 1992, Stb. 1992, 355).
