- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within five (5) business days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this Purchase Order null and void.
- All goods must be delivered to the Hairdresser studio premises at 14 Zuba Road, Wuse II, Nigeria Abuja, FCT, no later than 26 June 2025. Delivery must occur between 08:00 and 16:00 WAT to avoid disruption to the Hairdresser studio's daily operations.
- All electrical equipment must be rated for 220V/50Hz as per the Nigerian national power standard and must carry a minimum of one (1) year manufacturer's warranty valid in Nigeria Abuja.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days of the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods by the Hairdresser studio's procurement officer.
- The supplier warrants that all products listed in this Purchase Order are new, unused, and free from defects. Any item found to be defective upon delivery shall be replaced at the supplier's sole cost within seven (7) business days.
- Delivery within the Nigeria Abuja metropolitan area is included in the quoted price. Any delivery to locations outside Abuja FCT shall be subject to a separate freight quotation.
- The Hairdresser studio reserves the right to inspect all goods upon arrival. Partial acceptance is permitted; however, any rejected items must be documented in writing and returned to the supplier within three (3) business days.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from this transaction shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Abuja, FCT, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, Cap A18, LFN 2004.
- The supplier shall provide a detailed tax invoice (TIN-compliant) at the time of delivery, as required by the Federal Inland Revenue Service (FIRS) for all commercial transactions in Nigeria Abuja.
- Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages, flooding, or government-imposed restrictions within the Nigeria Abuja area.
