Terms and Conditions of this Purchase Order
- Delivery: All items listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the buyer's Hairdresser premises located at Plot 47-B, F-7/2, Islamabad, Pakistan, no later than 30 June 2025. The seller is responsible for safe transport within the Islamabad metropolitan area.
- Payment Terms: A 40% advance payment (PKR 405,595.20) shall be made within 3 business days of acceptance of this Purchase Order. The remaining 60% balance (PKR 608,392.80) shall be paid within 15 days of successful delivery and inspection of all goods at the buyer's location in Islamabad, Pakistan.
- Quality Assurance: All professional hairdressing equipment and products must be brand-new, unopened, and carry valid manufacturer warranties. The Hairdresser buyer reserves the right to reject any item that is defective, expired, or does not match the specifications stated in this Purchase Order.
- Warranty: All electrical equipment (hair dryers, flat irons, beard trimmers, hydraulic chairs) must carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty valid in Pakistan. Consumable products (shampoo, conditioner, colour, developer) must have a minimum 18-month shelf life from the date of delivery.
- Compliance: All imported products must comply with the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) regulations and must carry valid import permits and FIA (Federal Investigation Agency) registration where applicable. The seller warrants that all goods are legally imported and cleared through Pakistani customs.
- Penalty for Delay: In the event of delayed delivery beyond the stipulated deadline, the seller shall be liable for a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution, the matter shall be referred to the competent commercial court in Islamabad, Pakistan, and shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within 7 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the buyer reserves the right to revise pricing or cancel the order without liability.
- Substitution: The seller shall not substitute any item without prior written consent from the buyer. Any proposed substitution must be in writing and approved by the senior Hairdresser or owner of the establishment.
- Tax Compliance: A valid Sales Tax Invoice (STI) must accompany the delivery. The seller must provide a copy of the tax invoice to the buyer for record-keeping purposes as required by the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), Pakistan.
