TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PURCHASE ORDER- This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Beauty & Hair Care Solutions (Pvt.) Ltd., a registered entity operating in Pakistan Karachi, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the supplier, Elite Hairdresser & Styling Supplies Co. (Pvt.) Ltd.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order are intended for professional Hairdresser use in our salon outlets located in Clifton, DHA, and Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Pakistan Karachi. The supplier warrants that all products meet the quality standards required for commercial Hairdresser operations.
- Delivery of all goods shall be made to the designated address in Pakistan Karachi no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery beyond the stipulated date shall attract a penalty of 0.5% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay.
- Payment shall be processed within 30 days of receipt of a valid tax invoice and delivery confirmation. Payment will be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the supplier information section of this Purchase Order.
- The supplier shall provide a minimum 12-month warranty on all electrical and mechanical Hairdresser equipment. Consumable items such as shampoos, colouring kits, and towels are excluded from warranty but must be delivered in unopened, sealed condition.
- All goods must comply with the Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA) regulations applicable in Pakistan Karachi. The supplier shall provide certificates of conformity and import documentation where applicable.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Pakistan Karachi in accordance with the Arbitration Act, 1940.
- The supplier acknowledges that the items procured under this Purchase Order are exclusively for the operation of a professional Hairdresser salon business in Pakistan Karachi and shall not be resold or diverted without written consent from the buyer.
- Any modifications, cancellations, or amendments to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of both parties. Verbal agreements are not binding.
- The supplier shall bear all costs associated with packaging, loading, and transportation of goods to the delivery point in Pakistan Karachi. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon signed delivery receipt.
