Terms and Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Estudio de Peluquería "Corte & Estilo" S.A.C., a registered hairdresser and beauty services company operating in the district of San Isidro, Lima, Peru, for the procurement of professional equipment and consumables necessary for the daily operation of its hairdresser salon.
- The supplier, Importadora de Productos de Belleza del Pacífico E.I.R.L., located in La Victoria, Lima, Peru, acknowledges receipt of this Purchase Order and agrees to fulfill all line items in accordance with the specifications, quantities, and delivery schedule stated herein.
- All products must comply with the technical regulations established by INACAL (Instituto Nacional de Calidad) and the consumer protection standards of INDECOPI, the Peruvian competition and consumer protection authority, applicable to beauty and hairdresser products sold within the Republic of Peru.
- Delivery shall be made to the receiving address in San Isidro, Lima, no later than June 26, 2025. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, handling, and insurance of goods until they are received and inspected at the hairdresser salon premises in Lima.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer (transferencia bancaria) to the supplier's account in Peruvian Soles (PEN) within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the electronic invoice (factura electrónica) issued in compliance with SUNAT (Superintendencia Nacional de Administración Tributaria) regulations for electronic billing in Peru.
- The buyer reserves the right to inspect all delivered items within five (5) business days of receipt. Any defective, damaged, or non-conforming hairdresser equipment or products must be reported in writing to the supplier, who shall replace or credit the affected items within ten (10) business days at no additional cost to the buyer.
- All professional hairdresser equipment included in this Purchase Order carries a minimum manufacturer warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery in Lima. The supplier shall coordinate directly with the respective manufacturers for warranty claims and repairs.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes arising from this document shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of the Judicial District of Lima, Peru.
- The supplier warrants that all imported hairdresser products are free of customs duties and import restrictions, and that all applicable Peruvian import taxes, IGV, and municipal fees have been or will be properly settled prior to delivery in Lima.
- Neither party may assign this Purchase Order or any obligations hereunder without the prior written consent of the other party. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of hairdresser supplies described herein.
