Terms & Conditions
- This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Hair Studio LLC, a registered Hairdresser and beauty services establishment operating in Doha, Qatar, and is governed by the commercial laws of the State of Qatar.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order are intended for professional Hairdresser use within our salon premises located in Al Sadd District, Doha, Qatar. The supplier acknowledges that the goods must meet the quality standards required for a licensed Hairdresser operation in Qatar.
- Payment terms: Net 30 days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods at our Doha, Qatar facility. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Qatar.
- Delivery must be completed no later than 28 June 2025. Late delivery beyond this date will incur a penalty of 1% of the total Purchase Order value per day of delay, up to a maximum of 10%.
- All equipment and consumables must comply with the Qatar Standards Metrology Organization (QSO) regulations and carry valid CE or equivalent certification. The Hairdresser equipment must be rated for 220V/50Hz as used in Qatar Doha electrical infrastructure.
- The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unused, and free from defects. A minimum 12-month warranty is required on all Hairdresser equipment items (chairs, dryers, flat irons, mirrors, and wash units).
- Any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or specification upon delivery must be reported within 5 business days. The supplier shall replace defective or non-conforming items at no additional cost to the buyer.
- This Purchase Order becomes binding upon written acceptance by both parties. No modification or cancellation shall be valid unless agreed in writing by both Al Noor Hair Studio LLC and the supplier.
- All communications regarding this Purchase Order shall be directed to the procurement department of Al Noor Hair Studio LLC in Doha, Qatar, or to the supplier's sales office in the Industrial Area, Doha.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated closures in Qatar, shall temporarily suspend delivery obligations without penalty to either party.
