- This Purchase Order is issued by Al Noor Hairdressing & Beauty Salon, a licensed Hairdresser establishment operating in Saudi Arabia Riyadh, and constitutes a binding agreement upon acceptance by the supplier.
- All goods listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations and the Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) requirements applicable to Hairdresser products and equipment sold within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Delivery shall be made to the Hairdresser premises located at Al Olaya District, King Fahd Road, Saudi Arabia Riyadh, 12212. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, insurance, and customs clearance costs up to the delivery point (DDP Riyadh).
- The supplier shall provide a valid commercial invoice, packing list, SASO conformity certificates, and SFDA approval documents for all cosmetic and chemical products included in this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of all items listed in this Purchase Order. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in Saudi Riyal (SAR).
- All Hairdresser equipment and machinery shall carry a minimum warranty period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery. The supplier shall provide after-sales technical support and spare parts availability for a period of five (5) years.
- The supplier warrants that all products are new, unused, and free from defects. Any item found to be defective or non-conforming upon inspection at the Hairdresser location in Saudi Arabia Riyadh shall be replaced or refunded within fourteen (14) business days at the supplier's sole expense.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from this order shall be resolved through the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The supplier acknowledges that the buyer operates as a licensed Hairdresser in Saudi Arabia Riyadh and that all supplied products must meet the Ministry of Commerce regulations for professional salon use.
- Partial deliveries are not permitted unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties. The entire Purchase Order must be fulfilled in a single delivery to ensure operational continuity of the Hairdresser establishment.
