Delivery: All goods listed in this Purchase Order must be delivered to the hairdresser premises at 142 Sea Point Road, Sea Point, Cape Town, 8005, South Africa, no later than 28 June 2025. Delivery must occur between 08:00 and 16:00 on a business day. The supplier is responsible for all transportation costs within the Cape Town metropolitan area.
Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within 30 (thirty) days of the date of this Purchase Order via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the supplier's designated bank account. The supplier must issue a valid tax invoice in accordance with South African tax regulations upon delivery and acceptance of goods.
Quality Assurance: All hairdressing products and equipment supplied must be new, unused, and in full compliance with South African Health Products Regulatory Authority (SAHPRA) standards. Professional hair colour products must carry valid SAHPRA registration numbers. Any defective or non-conforming items will be returned at the supplier's expense within 14 days of delivery.
Warranty: All electrical equipment (hairdryers, flat irons, blow-dry hoods) must carry a minimum 12-month manufacturer's warranty valid in South Africa. Professional scissors and shears must carry a minimum 6-month workmanship warranty.
Acceptance: The undersigned representative of Strand Hair Studio shall inspect all delivered goods within 48 hours of receipt. Any discrepancies in quantity, condition, or specification must be reported in writing to the supplier within this period. Failure to report within this timeframe shall constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered.
Compliance: This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this order shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Magistrate's Court in Cape Town, Western Cape. Both parties agree to attempt mediation before initiating any legal proceedings.
Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue. The supplier must confirm acceptance of this order in writing within 5 business days, failing which this Purchase Order shall be deemed withdrawn.
Substitution: No substitution of items is permitted without prior written approval from the purchasing officer of Strand Hair Studio. All products must be of the exact brand, specification, and grade as listed in this document.
