- This Purchase Order is issued by Seoul Prestige Hair Salon Co., Ltd. for the procurement of professional Hairdresser equipment, tools, and consumable supplies. All items listed above are required for the continued operation of our Hairdresser services in South Korea Seoul.
- The supplier shall deliver all goods to the specified address in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea, no later than the delivery deadline stated above. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the buyer to cancel this Purchase Order without penalty.
- All Hairdresser equipment must comply with the Korean Electrical Safety Certification (KC Mark) and the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) regulations applicable in South Korea Seoul. The supplier warrants that all cosmetic and chemical products meet the standards set forth by the Korean Cosmetics Act.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed receipt and inspection of all goods. Payment will be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account in South Korea Seoul. The remitting bank is Woori Bank, Gangnam Branch.

- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or public health emergencies affecting South Korea Seoul, shall excuse timely performance for the duration of the event, provided the affected party notifies the other within forty-eight (48) hours.
