1. This Purchase Order is issued by Salón de Peluquería Barcelona Estil, a registered Hairdresser business operating in Spain Barcelona, and constitutes a binding request for the supply of professional hairdressing products and equipment as detailed above.
2. All products supplied under this Purchase Order must be new, unused, and in original manufacturer packaging. The supplier warrants that all items comply with the European Union Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, the Spanish Royal Decree 1581/1989 on cosmetic products, and all applicable regulations within the Autonomous Community of Catalonia, Spain Barcelona.
3. Delivery shall be made to the Hairdresser premises at the address specified above within the Barcelona city limits, Spain.
