- Scope of Order: This Purchase Order is issued by Estudio de Peluquería "Corte & Estilo" S.L., a registered professional hairdresser and beauty salon operating in the city of Madrid, Spain, for the procurement of professional hairdressing products, tools, and salon equipment as itemised above.
- Delivery: All goods must be delivered to the hairdresser premises located at Calle de Serrano 142, Local 3, 28006 Madrid, Spain. Delivery must be completed no later than 28 June 2025. The vendor shall coordinate delivery times with the salon manager to avoid disruption to the hairdresser's daily client appointments. Delivery within the Madrid metropolitan area is included in the quoted price; any delivery outside the 28000–28999 postal code range will be subject to an additional surcharge agreed in writing.
