- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of invoice issuance. A 40% advance payment is required upon confirmation of this Purchase Order, with the remaining 60% due upon successful delivery and inspection of all goods at the hairdresser premises in Khartoum.
- Delivery Location: All items must be delivered to Al-Nile Hairdresser & Beauty Salon, 142 El-Mahdi Street, Omdurman District, Khartoum, Sudan. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, handling, and installation within the Khartoum metropolitan area.
- Delivery Deadline: The supplier must ensure that all goods listed in this Purchase Order are delivered no later than 26 June 2025. Late delivery beyond five (5) business days entitles the hairdresser to cancel this order without penalty and seek alternative supply.
- Quality Assurance: All professional hairdressing equipment must be new, unused, and carry a minimum manufacturer warranty of twelve (12) months. Consumable products must have a shelf life of no less than eighteen (18) months from the date of delivery. The hairdresser reserves the right to reject any item that does not meet the specifications outlined in this Purchase Order.
- Warranty & After-Sales Support: The supplier shall provide technical support and replacement parts for all mechanical and electrical hairdresser equipment for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of delivery in Sudan Khartoum.
- Compliance: All products must comply with the standards set by the Sudanese Standards and Metrology Organization (SSMO) and must be suitable for use in a professional hairdresser environment. Imported goods must carry valid customs clearance documentation for the Republic of Sudan.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. In the event of failure to reach a resolution, the matter shall be referred to the Commercial Courts of Khartoum, Sudan, in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Sudan.
- Validity: This Purchase Order is valid for a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue. If the supplier does not confirm acceptance within this period, the order shall be considered void and the hairdresser may issue a revised Purchase Order at updated market prices.
