• This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to the hairdresser business operations in Ankara shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ankara Commercial Courts.
• All hairdresser equipment and tools listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the relevant Turkish Standards Institution (Türk Standartları Enstitüsü – TSE) regulations and European CE marking requirements where applicable.
• The supplier warrants that all goods are new, unused, and free from manufacturing defects. A minimum warranty of twelve (12) months applies to all hairdresser equipment, and six (6) months to consumable items.
• The hairdresser studio in Ankara shall not be held liable for any damage to the premises caused during the unloading and installation of the hairdresser furniture and equipment.
• Any modifications or cancellations to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding the hairdresser supply order are not binding.
• The supplier shall provide a detailed invoice (fatura) in Turkish, including the KDV (VAT) breakdown, in accordance with the Turkish Revenue Administration (Gelir İdaresi Başkanlığı) requirements.
