Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order for Hairdresser Operations in Turkey Istanbul
- This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Scissors Hairdresser Studio, a registered hairdresser business operating in Turkey Istanbul, for the procurement of professional hairdressing equipment, tools, and consumables necessary for the opening of a new hairdresser branch in the Kadıköy district of Turkey Istanbul.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order must meet the professional standards expected of a hairdresser establishment in Turkey Istanbul. Equipment must comply with Turkish Electrical Standards (TSE) and carry valid CE marking where applicable.
- Delivery of all goods shall be made to the specified hairdresser studio address in Beyoğlu, Turkey Istanbul, no later than the required delivery date stated above. Late delivery beyond 5 business days entitles the buyer to a 2% penalty per day on the total Purchase Order value.
- The supplier, ProGroom Turkey Ltd., shall provide a 24-month warranty on all electrical hairdresser equipment and a 12-month warranty on all non-electrical items. Warranty claims shall be processed within Turkey Istanbul service centers.
