Terms and Conditions
1. This Purchase Order is issued by Golden Scissors Hair Studio LLC, a registered Hairdresser and beauty services establishment operating in United Arab Emirates Dubai, and constitutes a binding procurement request to the supplier named above.
2. All goods listed in this Purchase Order must comply with the standards set by the Dubai Municipality and the Emirates Authority for Standardization and Metrology (ESMA). The supplier warrants that all hairdresser equipment and consumables are new, unused, and free from defects.
3. Delivery shall be made to the Hairdresser premises located at Marina Plaza Tower, Dubai Marina, United Arab Emirates Dubai. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, handling, and on-site installation of heavy equipment including styling chairs, shampoo bowls, and blow-dry hoods.
4. Payment shall be processed via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the approved invoice, in accordance with the commercial practices of United Arab Emirates Dubai. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as permitted under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 18 of 2018.
5. The supplier shall provide a minimum twelve (12) month warranty on all electrical hairdresser equipment and a six (6) month warranty on mechanical and ceramic items. Warranty claims shall be processed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law of the United Arab Emirates.
6. All products must be accompanied by valid certificates of conformity, MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) for chemical hair colouring products, and import permits where applicable under Dubai Customs regulations.
7. This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes arising from this transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts, United Arab Emirates Dubai.
8. The supplier acknowledges that the goods are procured for use in a licensed Hairdresser and salon operation and agrees to provide technical training for the salon staff on the operation of all new equipment upon delivery.
9. Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements are not valid under this document.
10. This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within fourteen (14) days from the date of issue. Failure to confirm acceptance within this period shall render this document null and void.
