Terms and Conditions of This Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issuance. The supplier must acknowledge receipt and confirm acceptance in writing within five (5) business days.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order are specifically procured for the operation of a licensed Hairdresser business located in the United States Miami metropolitan area. The supplier warrants that all products comply with applicable Florida state regulations and United States federal safety standards for professional hairdressing equipment.
- Delivery shall be made to the address specified above in Miami, Florida. The supplier is responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs associated with transporting the goods within the United States Miami delivery zone.
- Payment shall be made via ACH bank transfer or certified check within thirty (30) days of the invoice date, provided all items have been received in satisfactory condition. Late payments shall accrue interest at a rate of 1.5% per month.
- The supplier guarantees a minimum of twelve (12) months warranty on all mechanical and electrical Hairdresser equipment (items 1, 2, 6, 7, and 9). Consumable products (items 3, 8, 10, 11, and 12) are covered under a thirty (30) day defect replacement policy.
- Any discrepancies in quantity, quality, or specification must be reported to the purchasing party within seven (7) business days of delivery. Failure to report within this window shall constitute acceptance of the goods as delivered.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, United States Miami, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The supplier acknowledges that Miami Luxe Hair Studio LLC is a registered Hairdresser and cosmetology practice operating under Florida License No. FL-COS-2024-8871, and all equipment purchased herein is intended exclusively for professional Hairdresser use in the United States Miami area.
- Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance caused by acts of God, natural disasters, or other force majeure events, including but not limited to tropical weather events common to the United States Miami region.
- This Purchase Order, once signed by both parties, constitutes the entire agreement between the buyer and the supplier regarding the procurement of the listed Hairdresser supplies and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
