Terms, Conditions & Notes for this Purchase Order
- This Purchase Order is issued by the Hairdresser establishment "Elegancia del Ávila," a registered professional beauty and hairdressing business operating in Venezuela Caracas, and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order are intended for professional Hairdresser use in a commercial salon setting. The supplier warrants that all products are new, unused, and free from defects.
- Delivery shall be made DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the specified address in Chacao, Caracas, Venezuela. All customs clearance, import duties, and local taxes within Venezuela shall be the responsibility of the supplier as indicated in this Purchase Order.
- Payment shall be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery and acceptance of goods. Payment will be processed via international wire transfer to the supplier's designated bank account in accordance with Venezuelan foreign exchange regulations (BCV – Banco Central de Venezuela).
- The supplier must provide a commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and all documentation required by Venezuelan customs authorities (SENIAT) to facilitate the importation of these Hairdresser supplies into Venezuela Caracas.
- Any discrepancy in quantity, quality, or specification of the delivered items must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of receipt. Failure to report within this window constitutes acceptance of the goods as delivered.
- This Purchase Order is subject to the commercial laws of the Republic of Venezuela. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through arbitration in Caracas, Venezuela, in accordance with the rules of the Venezuelan Chamber of Commerce.
- The supplier acknowledges that the goods are destined for a licensed Hairdresser and beauty services provider in Venezuela Caracas and agrees to comply with all applicable Venezuelan consumer protection and commercial regulations.
- Partial shipments are not permitted unless previously agreed in writing by both parties. The entire Purchase Order must be fulfilled in a single delivery to the designated location in Caracas.
- This Purchase Order is valid for acceptance within ten (10) business days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing and availability are subject to revision.
