Terms & Conditions – Purchase Order for Hairdresser Services in Vietnam Ho Chi Minh City
- This Purchase Order is issued by Saigon Luxe Hair Studio Co., Ltd., a registered hairdresser business operating in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and is binding upon acceptance by the supplier Elite Hairdresser Equipment & Products JSC.
- All items listed in this Purchase Order are intended for use in a professional hairdresser salon located in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The supplier acknowledges that the equipment and products must meet the safety and quality standards required for a licensed hairdresser establishment in Vietnam.
- Delivery shall be made to the hairdresser studio address specified above within Ho Chi Minh City. The supplier is responsible for all transportation, unloading, and on-site installation of equipment within the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area.
- Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the supplier's designated account within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the valid tax invoice issued in accordance with Vietnamese tax regulations applicable to Ho Chi Minh City businesses.
- All hairdresser tools, equipment, and professional products must carry a minimum warranty of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. The supplier shall provide a written warranty certificate for each item category.
- In the event of non-conforming goods or defective hairdresser equipment, the supplier shall replace or repair the items within five (5) business days at no additional cost to the purchaser. This obligation applies to all deliveries within Ho Chi Minh City.
- This Purchase Order is governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any disputes arising from this Purchase Order related to hairdresser services, equipment, or product supply in Ho Chi Minh City shall be resolved through the People's Court of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
- The supplier warrants that all professional hairdresser products (including hair color, shampoo, and conditioning agents) comply with the Vietnamese Ministry of Health regulations for cosmetic and personal care products sold in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Any modifications to this Purchase Order must be made in writing and signed by both parties. Verbal agreements regarding hairdresser equipment specifications or delivery schedules in Ho Chi Minh City shall not be enforceable.
- This Purchase Order constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the procurement of hairdresser equipment and supplies for the specified location in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, or agreements.
