• 6.7 All intellectual property, documentation, and strategic plans developed by the Human Resources Manager in the course of this engagement shall be the sole property of Meridian Industrial Solutions Pty Ltd.
• 6.8 This Purchase Order is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
• 6.9 Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or pandemics, as defined under the Civil and Commercial Law (Consequential Loss) Act 2015 (Vic).
