The candidate must demonstrate thorough knowledge of the Chilean social security system (INAP, FONASA, ISL), collective bargaining agreements, and the regulatory framework governing employment in Santiago, Chile. Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory, given the multinational nature of the client's operations in the Chile Santiago business district.

3.1 – This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between Andes Corporate Solutions SpA and Talento Humano del Pacífico Ltda. upon signature by both authorized representatives. All services shall be rendered in Santiago, Chile, and shall comply with all applicable Chilean labor and commercial regulations.
3.2 – The Human Resources Manager assigned to this engagement shall report directly to the General Director of Andes Corporate Solutions SpA. The Human Resources Manager shall maintain a minimum of four (4) full working days per week on-site at the Santiago, Chile headquarters located in Las Condes.
3.3 – Payment shall be processed via electronic bank transfer (transferencia electrónica) to the supplier's account in Chile. Invoices must be issued in accordance with Chilean tax regulations (SII – Servicio de Impuestos Internos) and must include the RUT of both parties. Payment terms are Net 30 days from the date of invoice receipt.
3.4 – The supplier guarantees that the Human Resources Manager shall not be subject to any conflict of interest and shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all employee data, compensation structures, and proprietary business information in accordance with Chile's Personal Data Protection Law (Ley 19.628).
3.5 – Either party may terminate this Purchase Order with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the supplier shall be compensated for all services rendered up to the termination date, plus a transition fee equivalent to one month's professional fee.
3.6 – All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through the competent courts of Santiago, Chile, or through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Centro de Arbitraje y Mediación de la Cámara de Comercio de Santiago (CCS).
3.7 – The Human Resources Manager shall submit a comprehensive monthly report detailing all activities performed, metrics achieved, and recommendations for the following period. Reports shall be delivered in both Spanish and English to accommodate the multinational stakeholder base in Chile Santiago.
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and financial obligations outlined in this Purchase Order for the engagement of a Human Resources Manager in Santiago, Chile. This document is valid for a period of one hundred twenty (120) days from the date of issue, after which a new Purchase Order must be generated for any continuation of services.
