The Human Resources Manager engaged under this Purchase Order shall perform the following duties within the China Shanghai operational environment:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for all China Shanghai employees, ensuring compliance with the People's Republic of China Labor Contract Law and Shanghai municipal employment regulations.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll structures in accordance with China Shanghai minimum wage standards, social insurance mandates, and individual income tax withholding requirements.
- Manage employee relations, grievance resolution, and disciplinary proceedings in full alignment with Chinese labor arbitration procedures and the Shanghai Municipal Labor Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Commission guidelines.
- Develop and implement annual workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development strategies tailored to the China Shanghai market conditions and competitive landscape.
- Ensure all employment contracts, non-disclosure agreements, and intellectual property assignments comply with PRC law and are registered with the appropriate China Shanghai labor authorities.
- Coordinate with the Purchasing Entity's legal counsel on all matters pertaining to labor compliance, collective bargaining, and regulatory filings specific to the China Shanghai jurisdiction.
- Prepare quarterly human capital reports for the Board of Directors, including turnover analysis, engagement metrics, and budget utilization for the China Shanghai division.
