This Purchase Order is issued by PT Nusantara Global Solutions, Tbk. to formally authorize and procure the services of a specialized executive recruitment agency for the identification, screening, assessment, and placement of a qualified Human Resources Manager to be based and operational in Indonesia Jakarta. The Human Resources Manager position is a full-time, permanent role within the corporate headquarters located in the South Jakarta business district. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all human capital functions including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, workforce planning, labor compliance under Indonesian employment law (UU No. 13 Tahun 2003 and its amendments), and strategic HR development for a workforce of approximately 2,400 employees across the Indonesia Jakarta metropolitan area and regional offices.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS4.1 This Purchase Order constitutes a binding agreement between the Buyer and the Supplier upon countersignature. All services described herein shall be performed in accordance with the professional standards of the Indonesian recruitment industry and applicable regulations in Indonesia Jakarta.
4.2 The Supplier shall deliver a minimum of five (5) qualified Human Resources Manager candidates within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of this Purchase Order. Candidates must possess a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive HR management experience, with at least three (3) years in a senior HR leadership role within the Indonesia Jakarta or Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) region.
4.3 The appointed Human Resources Manager must be a legal resident of Indonesia, fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from an accredited Indonesian university.
4.4 Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) upon delivery and approval of the shortlisted candidate pool, and fifty percent (50%) upon successful completion of the 90-day onboarding period for the Human Resources Manager. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the Supplier's designated account in Indonesia Jakarta.
4.5 The Supplier warrants that all Human Resources Manager candidates presented are free from any conflicting employment obligations and that all background checks have been conducted in full compliance with Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU No. 27 Tahun 2022).
4.6 In the event the Buyer rejects all presented candidates, the Supplier shall, at no additional cost, conduct one (1) supplementary search cycle for the Human Resources Manager role. If the Buyer is still unsatisfied after the supplementary cycle, the Supplier shall refund seventy-five percent (75%) of the total Purchase Order value.
4.7 All disputes arising from this Purchase Order shall be resolved through mediation in Indonesia Jakarta in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). Governing law: Republic of Indonesia.
4.8 This Purchase Order is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Failure to execute within this period shall render this document null and void, and a new Purchase Order must be generated.
